A Whole Handful

Kathryn is officially 5 years old! Her birthday was one of the main reasons my parents came to visit and it made her feel very special! The whole time they were here spoiling our kids could easily count as a celebration for Kathryn's birthday, but of course her day was made extra special.

Every birthday morning is a good birthday morning when it starts with sugar and presents!

That was followed by a fun birthday party at Build-A-Bear! I totally recommend Build-A-Bear parties. They are super easy for the parent and the kids love it.

These are her 3 favorite friends and they all turn 5 within a month of each other. We brought the kids back to our house for pizza, presents, and playing. Kathryn was crazy about all her new toys.

She paused and then looked up at me with the happiest face and said...

Seriously, she's the best and I love love LOVE being her mommy.
